In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bw231" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at bw231.app, including all associated services, games, promotions, and account features.

Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by bw231 may result in account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bw231 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your bw231 account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether such activity was authorized by you. bw231 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

bw231 reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where suspicious activity is detected, pending investigation. During any such investigation, access to account funds may be temporarily restricted.

All financial transactions on bw231 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). bw231 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at bw231's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status.
• Deposits are generally credited to your bw231 account balance within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• bw231 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposits made using payment methods not registered in your name may be declined and returned.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used to deposit into your bw231 account and verified as belonging to you.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 1–3 business days, subject to identity verification status and payment method.

• Bonus Funds and winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met.

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

All games available on bw231 are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and the rules of a specific game, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

• Game outcomes are final once confirmed by the bw231 system. bw231 will not reverse a completed game result except in cases of verified technical malfunction.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bw231 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any bw231 content without prior written consent.
• Use the bw231 name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation.
• Create derivative works based on any bw231 content or software.
• Use bw231 content for any commercial purpose whatsoever.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bw231 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the bw231 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access due to your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruption or unavailability of the bw231 platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond bw231's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from reliance on any information, content, or game outcome displayed on the bw231 platform.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

bw231's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their bw231 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bw231 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months or more.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account.

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (excluding Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their verified payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements and applicable processing times.

Inactive accounts (no login activity for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee of ₱50, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to the commencement of inactivity fees.

bw231 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bw231 will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the bw231 platform.

Amended terms will take effect on the date specified in the notification. Your continued use of the bw231 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using bw231 and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the bw231 platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to specific game outcomes or transaction processing, players must submit a formal complaint to bw231 support within fourteen (14) days of the disputed event. bw231 will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days.
